United with the Administration of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in its noble aim to do good to their fellowmen in need, brethren in the Ecclesiastical District of Rosales, Pangasinan, in the Philippines, joined hands for a blood donation on January 17, 2026 at the San Quintin Event Center in San Quintin, Pangasinan.
Facilitated by the Iglesia Ni Cristo Social Services Office (SSO), and the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) in collaboration with the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC)-Urdaneta chapter, the said socio-civic activity yielded a total of 93 blood units.
On behalf of the PNRC-Urdaneta chapter, medical technologist Jezryl Mae Mira expressed her gratitude “for this selfless action which will benefit a great number of people in the community.”
“I understand that by taking part in this activity, I am able to extend my help to more people who are in need, and by doing so, I bring glory to God,” stated donor Arnel Laygo from San Quintin Congregation.
“Officers from various local congregations worked hand-in-hand to encourage more brethren to participate in this activity, and with God’s help, a great number responded,” shared district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer Brother Glenn Pasamic. “Witnessing the active response of our brethren in this activity, we promise that we will continue leading our brethren in taking part in more endeavors of the Church for the glory of our Lord God.” — With reports from Blaise Angeli Hidalgo
