With approval from the Church Administration, the leadership of the Ecclesiastical District of Caloocan North recently inducted a total of over 600 brethren into duty, in various capacities in their respective local congregations.
This was during three separate special gatherings of all Church officers in the district, all of which took place on March 28, 2026 .
District supervising minister Brother Ariel B. Barzaga officiated at the special gathering that was held at the house of worship of the Bagong Silang 5 Congregation.
The other two gatherings were officiated at by assistant district supervising minister Brother Erman T. Bendicio in the Deparo Congregation’s house of worship, and district Church officers overseer Brother Cesar T. Canicosa in that of the Mt. Heights Congregation.
The officiating ministers taught a Bible-based lesson giving inspiration to those in attendance by proving how truly blessed they were as their duties were a gift from the Lord God, which they were to fulfill with utmost zeal and devotion in order to please Him.
In an interview after the gathering, Brother Barzaga said, “The dire situation of the world is a clear sign that the end is so very near. Be that as it may, Church officers must be exemplars in holding fast their God-given election by being unhindered in prioritizing their services to Him. After all, they will never lose out.”
It was also emphasized to the attendees that amid today’s crises, the best course of action is to fully trust in God since through sincere prayers, He will come to their rescue. — With assistance from Joed Berganio
