Built in 1565, Colon Street in Cebu City is referred to as the oldest street in the Philippines (mycebu.ph). It was along its stretch that youth members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), in the Ecclesiastical District of Cebu City, Cebu, conducted a clean-up drive on March 23, 2024.

Brother Vyron Facinag, the district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, led the said activity, which is under the INC Giving project launched by the Church Administration. “The KADIWA members spent their weekend to participate in this activity,” he said.

“I’m so glad that my fellow youth members dedicated time for this clean-up. I so enjoyed being with them. I really look forward for more of the Church activities that call for the unity of the youth as these also help us uphold living in holiness,” said Cheryl Enriquez, the district KADIWA president. — With reports from Sheila Elarcosa of INC News Section
