“The function of the choir members in leading the congregation during worship services is essential in our giving of praises to God. Special gatherings like this inspire us more in performing our duties and participating in the Church’s endeavors.” Mylene Ordinario, district choir director, said after the choir special gathering of the Ecclesiastical District of Central Europe on February 25, 2024.

For the said occasion, choir members all over the district gathered in their respective places of worship and other designated sites, connected via livestreaming to the house of worship of the Frankfurt Congregation.

Brother Joel B. Catalan, district supervising minister, officiated at the said gathering. He reminded the choir members the importance of fulfilling their obligations, not only in leading the brethren during congregational hymn singing, but also in participating in various endeavors of the Church, especially the work of propagation.

Having the same sentiment as his fellow choir members, Roy Castillo of the Frankfurt City Congregation conveyed, “This special gathering is a blessing for me and my entire family who are in the choir. This will further inspire us to carry on with our duty.” — With reports from Eva-Marie Krause of INC News Section
