“Despite the great distance, I and my brethren in this part of the world continue to feel the Church Administration’s love and care. We’re thankful for it,” said choir director Ann Kristin Ramirez from Oslo, Norway Congregation, Ecclesiastical District of Northern Europe, of the special gathering that was held on June 9, 2025. The said occasion was officiated by Brother Antonio T. de Guzman Jr., during which he highlighted sincerity and wholehearted dedication in fulfilling one’s duty.

A chapel inside the Pilar Manalo-Danao Multimedia Center of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Central Office Complex in Quezon City, Philippines served as the main venue of the special gathering. Connected via videoconferencing were nine remote sites, namely, the places of worship of the Local Congregations of Copenhagen, Denmark; Helsinki, Finland; Moscow, Russia; Oslo, Norway; Prague, Czech Republic; Stavanger, Norway; Stockholm, Sweden; as well as that of Lowicz, Poland Group Worship Service;  and the Concert Hall of the Yamaha School of Music, Vienna, Austria.

In his Bible-based homily, Brother de Guzman reminded the choir members the importance of upholding their sacred duty. To fulfill it with sincerity and wholehearted dedication, he explained that they must always place their hope and trust in the Almighty God, especially during these trying times when so many things and situations posed as hindrances.

“God’s love is truly felt through efforts like this the Church Administration takes for us,” said organist Bryan Pastrana of the Local Congregation of Brno, Czech Republic.

“Having been reminded not to be distracted by the things happening around me, I will continue fulfilling my Church duties. I will also uphold doing what we were further reminded, that is, to always sing wholeheartedly, with gratitude to our Lord God,” said choir director Kathrina Guieb of the Local Congregation of Vienna West, Austria. — With reports from Anna Dulin and Angela Domingo of INC News Section
