The evangelical mission conducted by members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) from the Local Congregation of Lae City, Papua New Guinea, Ecclesiastical District of Australia West on February 9, 2024, at their place of worship, drew the attendance of many guests, one of which was a Protestant pastor.

After the evangelical mission, Marcus Maima, a pastor of Foursquare Church, a Pentecostal denomination, commented that he took interest in the lesson he heard for the first time because he noticed that in the “Church Of Christ, the pristine words of God are taught.”

Brother Condrado Regala Jr., resident minister, preached from the Bible that salvation can only be attained by entering and remaining an active member of the true Church.

Many of the guests, Maima included, responded positively to the teachings they received. “I am thankful that I was invited here in this evangelical mission,” added Maima.

For the brethren there, helping in the work of sharing the gospel brings them joy. Doing so, Bierne Morales, a Buklod officer, said, is an expression of “love for our fellowmen which is God’s commandment.” — With reports from Quiza Quiñola of INC News Section
