Brethren in Hong Kong Ecclesiastical District gathered in their respective places of worship, with their guests, for an evangelical mission on June 22, 2025. More than 300 guests attended.
At the Kowloon Congregation’s place of worship, Hong Kong District supervising minister Brother Noer Misa expounded on having the Bible as sole basis of the true Christian faith. Citing from the Holy Scriptures, he emphasized that it is only in the Bible where God’s words are written, and that one can only be certain of receiving salvation upon completely believing in and obeying these. Among the biblical truths presented were the true knowledge about the one true God, and the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), being the one true Church.
Guest Leila Adan expressed that she was thankful for she “learned how important it is to understand and follow God’s commandments written in the Bible.”
“What motivates me to continue sharing the faith, especially with my close friends, is the desire for them to be enlightened by the truth written in the Bible. I want them to understand the importance of serving the true God inside the Church Of Christ,” shared deaconess Jennifer Calabroso Guinto from New Territories Congregation.
“This activity aims at making God’s words known to more people so that they may have the correct understanding on who the one true God is, and that they may also be able to render services that He deems worthy,” explained district Light of Salvation overseer Brother Rupert Agustin. — With reports from Mhel Monsalud of INC News Section
