More than 1,800 guests attended the evangelical mission that the Ecclesiastical District of Ilocos Sur held at Vigan Convention Center along A. Reyes St., Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on August 19, 2025. They were invited by brethren from various local congregations.
“My guests see the brethren’s discipline and obedience to God’s words. They said that’s why they accepted my invitation. On my part, I hoped for them to hear about God’s teachings,” shared Melba Retorta from the Local Congregation of Bantay.
District supervising minister Brother Marco Luisito Tamayo led the preaching of God’s words. He taught a biblical lesson about the true God that should be worshiped and served—the Almighty Father in heaven.
“I really felt a great sense of happiness, especially when I was able to listen to the holy words of God,” expressed guest Chesterwin Valenzuela Taezaa, who enlisted himself afterwards as a Bible student in the Local Congregation of Quinarayan. “I truly value the invitations from the Iglesia Ni Cristo because the holy words of God are so important to me.”
“The venue was filled with many guests, brought along by brethren as led by the Church officers,” remarked assistant district supervising minister Brother Kevin Casubha. “The brethren will continue inviting guests to attend propagational activities at their respective congregations.” — With reports from Edlyn Antolin of INC News Section
