To provide the ever-growing number of members a place where they can worship God and say their prayers, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) continues building or acquiring and refurbishing religious buildings to provide every local congregation a suitable house of worship. As of this writing, 47 are undergoing construction, some of which are in the finishing phase.

Under the stewardship of Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, a total of 4,231 houses of worship have been built and renovated since he became the Church’s Executive Minister. In 2025 alone, 57 houses of worship were dedicated to God, which included three overseas. Some of these are shown in the photos below:

In some cases, especially outside the Philippines, the Church purchased properties, which were up for sale, and refurbished to make each meet standards and requirements not only for the proper conduct of worship services but for the general supervision of the congregation to which it was provided. Most of these were acquired for a newly established extension or group worship service thereby providing the brethren a place of worship that is more accessible and nearer to their residence. Some of these houses of worship were as follows:

A solemn promise

Having been blessed with a beautiful and magnificent house of worship, the brethren promise to do their part in their upkeep. This goes along with their zeal to further assist in the propagation of God’s truth so that more people will come to worship God and glorify His Name which dwells in His house, the house of worship. — With reports from INC Engineering and Construction Department, INC Research and Information Section, INC News Section, and INC News World
