Members of the KADIWA organization from the local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Spain got together at a function hall of the E-kilibrio Hotel & Apart-Suites in Madrid on February 22, 2026 for an activity aimed at further strengthening their Christian faith and brotherhood.
Assistant district supervising minister Brother Gilbert Aniciete graced the event with his presence. Resident ministers and ministerial workers of the local congregations in Madrid region were also present.
The activity started with an opening prayer led by Brother Renz Torres, ministerial worker assigned at the Madrid Sur Congregation. Then, district multimedia adviser Brother Christian Tantay delivered the opening remarks.
Fun and interactive games ensued, which included quizzes “Tanong Ko, Sagot Mo!,” Guess It, Win It!, and KADIWA Fast Talk.
Brother Aniciete delivered the closing remarks, after which ministerial worker Brother Mel De Guzman of the Madrid Congregation led the closing prayer.
“Attending this activity is fulfilling,” said Marbella Congregation KADIWA president Alfie Facun. Indeed, “The event is successful for it brought joy to the attendees,” according to Madrid Norte Congregation secretary Mika Halasan.
“It’s truly a very joyful experience to meet other KADIWA members in our district,” agreed newly baptized member Kristine Ruth Dela Torre from Madrid Sur Congregation who attended such get-together activity for the first time.
“I’m very happy to be a part of this event. I’m inspired, and I feel blessed,” said choir member Alfa Crin Villanueva from the same congregation. “I met my friends from my previous local congregation and made new friends from other congregations. Thank you so much to our Executive Minister for supporting this kind of event.”— With reports from Noemi Jimenez
