Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from two ecclesiastical districts in Central Luzon, Philippines, remain ever active in sharing the true faith to people. As a result, these districts, Bataan South and Paniqui, Tarlac, conducted baptisms of new converts on May 24, 2025.

Bataan South

The Ecclesiastical District of Bataan South held its baptismal gathering in the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Balanga. Assistant district supervising minister Brother Manolo Viloria officiated, reiterating to the baptismal candidates God’s teaching about the importance of receiving baptism inside the true Church Of Christ, which is to become His true servants who have the firm hope of receiving salvation and eternal life on Judgment Day.

District edification overseer Brother Henry Braganza administered the oath of membership of the  candidates for baptism before their baptism by ministers of the gospel Brothers Marvin Mabitazan, Schuselle Torrero, and Dan Realizan.

“Here [Church Of Christ], using the Bible as its sole basis. I’m so thankful having embraced the true faith,” said newly baptized Rhenzel Santos of Puerto Rivas Congregation. “I’m so happy as I’ve finally found the truth that will lead me to salvation, by being inside the Church Of Christ,” said another newly baptized, Victoria Arroyo of the Local Congregation of Doña Nene.

Paniqui, Tarlac

In the Ecclesiastical District of Paniqui, Tarlac, the baptism’s venue was the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Camiling. Citing verses from the Bible, assistant district supervising minister Brother Vicente Benedicto Jr. reminded the candidates for baptism to not let go of their divine calling until the end to reach God’s promised salvation.

District Light of Salvation overseer Brother Eugenio Sembrano Jr. administered the candidates’ taking oath of membership prior to their actual baptism.

Afterwards, a “Welcome, My Brethren” program was held. Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers warmly welcomed the 49 newly baptized brethren.

“I felt so much happiness right now as I’ve been waiting for this day to come. The sacrifices to pass the tests of faith were all worth it as I’ve finally reached my baptism,” expressed Justine Tulabot of the Local Congregation of San Raymundo.

“I’m so happy that now, on this day forward, I’m officially a member of the Church Of Christ,” said Trisha Mae Parado of Salapungan Congregation. “All the more reason that I continue worshiping the Lord God,” she added. — With reports from Paula Janine Dimaculangan and Reinier Layug Montemayor of INC News Section
