The newly built 730-seater house of worship of the Local Congregation of Bais City, Ecclesiastical District of Negros Oriental, in the Philippines, has been dedicated to God through a special worship service on July 4, 2025 officiated at by Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) School For Ministers president Brother Arnel Canicosa.
“We give thanks to the Lord God for using the Church Administration He placed in the Church Of Christ in blessing us a beautiful and spacious house of worship,” expressed the congregation’s pioneer member and head deacon Eliezer Racuya.
The new holy edifice is situated in Barangay 2, Bais City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. While it was being constructed, a temporary place of worship was built nearby for the brethren to continue conducting their worship services.
“We recognize that the dedication to God of the congregation’s new house of worship as His answer to our devotional prayers—to be blessed with a new worship building, where we can carry out our services and worship that bring praise and glory to Him,” remarked resident ministerial worker Brother Jegil Tomarong.
Inside the house of worship, LED wall, fire suppression system, state-of-the-art sound system, videoconferencing system, and Johannus organ were installed. Upgrades to the house of worship compound include concrete fence and landscaping. — With reports from Jonathan C. Rempillo of INC News Section
