Youth members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the Ecclesiastical District of Orange County, California gathered for a Binhi Recognition Night that was held at the Corona Glen Ivy Golf Course on November 16, 2025.
“This is for all the Binhi members in our district to have time to recognize their hard work at school. It also serves as an opportunity for all to interact, make new friends, and form new memories,” said district Binhi president Mia Veneracion.
The event began with an opening prayer led by Brother Makena Salansang, Christian Society for the Deaf overseer. Talented brethren treated their fellow youth to song and dance performances.
District supervising minister Brother Hanzl de Dios, who graced the event with his presence, led in commending the young brethren’s staying active both in Church endeavors and their academic responsibilities. “It is great happiness on our part that we’re able to recognize you. We hope that you have been inspired, strengthened in the faith, in your membership in the Church Of Christ,” he expressed during his opening remarks.
“As one of the graduates, I’m very thankful and happy to receive recognition from my fellow Binhi and from the ministers in our district,” said choir member Gail Redito from Long Beach Congregation.
