Public school teachers “joyful” over F. Manalo AC’s appreciation activity

“I am joyful for I have realized that there is an organization like the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) that gives importance to us teachers,” expressed Mechelle Halili, Teacher III, from Lourdes Northwest Elementary School (LNWES) along Kalayaan Rd., Barangay Lourdes Northwest, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines.
Halili was among the 75 teachers of the said institution who were present at the Teachers Appreciation Day held in a room of said school on March 8, 2024, which was organized under the INC Giving project by the brethren in the Local Congregation of F. Manalo AC, Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North.
A short program, which included an introduction of the Church Of Christ led by Brother Ruel Cervantes, assistant district supervising minister, was prepared for them. Part of the activity was the distribution of free school and office supplies to the teachers.
“The program gave me joy. Like my fellow teachers, I appreciate the things given to us for these are of great help to us in making our instructional materials and other paperworks,” expressed Araceli Sabandal, Teacher III. “I am grateful for we, teachers of LNWES, were chosen to benefit from this activity.”
