Secretariat officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Victoria, Australia received spiritual invigoration during a special gathering held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Altona on May 18, 2025. District supervising minister Brother Romeo Beltran officiated at the gathering.
The said gathering was streamed live to the places of worship of Lae City and Port Moresby, both in Papua New Guinea; Launceston, Tasmania; and Adelaide.
In his Bible-based preaching, Brother Beltran emphasized from the Bible that duties in the Church, being God-given, require from the officers utmost devotion in fulfilling these with the noble aim of pleasing the Lord God.
“Devotion is really important. Being reminded that God is always observant on how a Church officer values his or her obligations in the Church, I’m all the more inspired to fulfill my duty with zeal,” said Shane Dela Rosa from the Local Congregation of Kingston City.
Towards the conclusion of the preaching, the officiating minister reminded the attendees that their works for the Lord will never be in vain. In return, especially in their times of need, God will provide them the much needed blessings in life.
“Documenting our congregation’s history inspires me as doing so emphasizes the victories that God keeps giving the Church. I will always find joy in pleasing God for I know that my efforts are not in vain,” said Lorraine Dimayuga from the Local Congregation of Melbourne. — With reports from Emmylou Sanchez of INC News Section
