The Ecclesiastical District of Spain recently reached its fifth anniversary. Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the country as well as Portugal celebrated the momentous occasion with an INConcert on May 3, 2024.

Prior to the musical performances that evoked the brethren’s thankfulness to God for five years of blessings, the letter from Brother Eduardo V. Manalo was read by the district supervising minister, Brother Froilan Enriquez Jr.

In his message, the Executive Minister congratulated the brethren and expressed his prayer that no matter what they faced in life, they remain in their calling by always obeying all of God’s commandments and thus continuously please Him.

The song and dance performances featuring Iglesia Ni Cristo original music followed as showcased by choral and dance groups representing the Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, and Children’s Worship Service (CWS) organizations.

“It’s really fulfilling to be part of this event,” said Carol Czerny Licud from the Local Congregation of Barcelona, who was among the organizers and performers. “I met and bonded with my brethren from different parts of Spain, and together we celebrated. I feel all the more uplifted and edified.”

“We celebrate five years of God’s ever-present help,” said Brother Ezekiel Silva, the district Christian Family Organizations overseer, “As soon as the brethren knew about the activity and its importance, we made the necessary preparations. They rehearsed a lot and held devotional prayers for this event.”—With reports from Noemi Jimenez of INC News Section
