Local congregation chroniclers in the Ecclesiastical District of Northeast California attended a special gathering on May 17, 2025 at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Sacramento. It was officiated at by the district supervising minister, Brother Pedro Dela Cruz Jr.
In the study of God’s words, he pointed out from the Holy Scriptures God’s instructions to His servants on how they can fulfill their Church duties effectively—to the best of their ability.
After the study of God’s words, new INC Chroniclers took their oath of duty. “As a chronicler, I will be organized in performing my duty,” said newly sworn Caithness Lagat. “I will keep records of all the important events in our local congregation, such as milestone celebrations, as well as the Christian Family Organizations activities,” she added.
“The officers attend this special gathering, for they understand the importance of being reminded God’s words in performing their tasks,” shared ministerial worker and district chronicler Brother Jose Celso Jr.
On behalf of the INC Chroniclers, Brother Celso expressed, “We thank God for His promise of not leaving His servants alone for us to be successful in the performance of our duties. On his part, he added that, “I will hold on to His promise as I help in guiding the officers entrusted in my care, so that we can perform our duties altogether in a manner that is pleasing to the Almighty Father.” —With reports from Daniel Tajima of INC News Section
