Manalo, the Deputy Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), officiated at a special worship service held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of New Era University, Ecclesiastical District of Central in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the International Church Affairs (ICA) Office.

Through the Holy Scriptures, Brother Angelo Manalo reminded the ministers of one of the purposes for which the Lord Jesus Christ called them into the Church—to be lights of the world. To fulfill this calling, they must remain steadfast in their duties: teaching others to live according to God’s words and showing by example a life of righteousness. He underscored the importance of carrying out the works of the Lord with zeal and excellence—not allowing themselves to become stagnant, but continually striving to receive the spiritual gifts entrusted to them. Their efforts, he reassured them, will never be in vain, for the Lord God is just and will never forget the sacrifices of His servants.
Before leading the closing prayer, the Deputy Executive Minister once again reminded the congregants of God’s enduring promises: that He listens to the prayers of His faithful servants, rescues them in times of distress, and provides for their daily needs. Brother Daniel Solano Jr. then led the prayer for the voluntary offerings, after which Brother Angelo Manalo said the benediction.
