KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan gathered at Hsin-Shih Park in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City for their team-building activity on December 28, 2025.
The event was aimed at strengthening the unity and camaraderie among the unmarried Church members aged 18 years old and above, and deepen their love of brotherhood.
District secretary Brother Herminio Delos Santos Jr. led the opening prayer and gave the opening remarks right after. District KADIWA secretary Edlysse Lhou Garcia explained the group dynamic games’ mechanics and guidelines.
“I thank the Lord God for allowing this activity, launched by the Church Administration, to take place,” said Tristan Jay Dongoya, a KADIWA officer from the Local Congregation of Luzhu. “Through our unity, we offer all the praise and glory to Him.”
The youth members engaged in friendly competition participating in games of Flip and Match, Stack Attack, and a ball balancing game.
“The games were fun. I’m grateful to the KADIWA officers for organizing activities like this,” expressed Christine Loteria from the Local Congregation of Zhongli. “Despite the exhaustion in work, being part of this helps wash away the stress and leaves me feeling refreshed and uplifted.”
District KADIWA president Manilyn Duruin delivered the closing remarks, followed by the closing prayer led by another district KADIWA officer, Jerson Migell Cuevas.
Duruin observed that in spite of the inclement weather, “the brethren showed their unwavering unity by attending the final KADIWA activity of 2025. Expressing deep gratitude for their enthusiastic support throughout the year, we in the leadership look forward to seeing that same fervent dedication as we enter the new year together.” — With assistance from Taiwan District multimedia
