In celebration of its 38th anniversary, the Ecclesiastical District of Zamboanga Del Norte, in the Philippines, hosted a musical evangelical mission at the Zamboanga del Norte Convention Center, Capitol Ave, Dipolog City on May 16, 2025.
To “edify the brethren’s faith and most especially, bring honor and glory to the Lord God, this undertaking hosted by our district aimed at not only celebrating its 38th anniversary but also commemorating the 139th birth anniversary of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, whom Church members firmly believe as God’s Messenger in these last days,” said district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer Brother Randell Balibay who supervised the event.
After a prayer by district secretary Brother Benjie Pintor, district supervising minister Brother Gavino Mabido gave the opening remarks. He welcomed the guests and commended the brethren for their continued unity in all Church activities.
Talented brethren treated fellow Church members and guests to musical performances featuring INC original music, some of which were Ang Tunay na Sugo ng Diyos (The true messenger of God), Gawa ng Diyos ang Tagumpay (Victory is God’s work), Salamat po sa Iyong Pagyakap ( Thank You for Your embrace), and Sumampalataya, Magtiwala at Umasa sa Magagawa ng Diyos (Believe in, trust in, and rely on what God can do).
Quennie Pon, one of the guests invited by the Dagupan City Congregation, said, “I’m happy to have been invited here. It’s such a wonderful feeling to witness the unity that the Iglesia Ni Cristo members uphold, and to see their overwhelming performances.”
“I was warmly welcomed by the brethren, and I found their performances truly remarkable,” expressed another guest, Jungie Dagpin, of the Sibutad Congregation. “I’m looking forward to being invited again to the Church’s upcoming activities,” he added.
