Neighboring congregations in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur worked together for the evangelical mission held on February 20, 2024. These were the local congregations of Molave, Esperanza, Anonang, Aurora, Josefina, Tambulig, and Bag-ong Kauswagan, including the Ramon Magsaysay Extension.

For the evangelistic event, the Church Administration sent Brother Delfino Maico, a senior minister-instructor in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) School For Ministers, to officiate. In his homily, he iterated the commandment of the Savior Jesus Christ to all people for their salvation on Judgment Day, which is to enter the flock or the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

“It was an eye-opener for me. The way that the minister preached is different from that of other religions. He read everything from Bible. He even read clearly from it, word for word, how important the Iglesia Ni Cristo is,” stated Ariel Emol, who attended the evangelical mission, and now a doctrinal instructee registered in the Anonang Congregation.

“Our district will continue to intensify our efforts in sharing our faith so that many more will be able to listen to the biblical teachings we firmly believe in,” district supervising minister Brother Nelcar F. Loberiano said. — With reports from Johenes Maghuyop III of INC News Section
