A memorable “Buklod Night” happened on October 8, 2023 as married couples from the Local Congregation of Victoria, Ecclesiastical District of British Columbia, gathered at the reception hall of the Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion to strengthen their respective marital bonds.

Buklod members arrived at the venue elegantly dressed for an evening of socializing, musical performances, formal dinner, and various interactive games organized by the congregation’s Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers.

The highlight of this formal event was the timely message from the Church Administration as relayed by Brother Ranniel Serreno, assistant district supervising minister, encouraging the couples to take good care of their respective families, especially their membership inside the Church Of Christ by remaining active in fulfilling their Church duties and responsibilities.

Couples, who have been married for more than 30 years, were applauded and recognized.

“I’s a night to remember,” said Danilo Eje. “This event, launched by the Church Administration is beneficial to all married couples, as it aims to strengthen the bond between husbands and wives,” said his wife, Laudicia. They have been married for more than 40 years now. — With reports from Rhonda Salvani of INC News Section
