As the summer season gives way to fall, Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members from the Local Congregation of Winnipeg North, Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba went out and had fun during the ‘CWS Summer Games.’ The activity was held on September 11, 2022 at Kildonan Park in the West Kildonan area of northern Winnipeg, Manitoba.

CWS officers facilitated the fun games. The kids enjoyed playing three-legged race, sack race, tug-of-war, among others.

“We are happy to see that many of the brethren participated in this activity and that everyone is enjoying one another’s company. This was all the more evident when the children were taking part in the fun games,” Everson Alvarez, CWS teacher, said. “The games weren’t only for the children to have fun but also were chosen to teach them teamwork, which we believe strengthen their bond as CWS members.”

Parents of the CWS members were on-site as well. — With reports from INC News Section
