On January 15, 2022, a seminar on effective delegation and its benefits was held in the Local Congregation of Macau, Ecclesiastical District of Macau. Sponsored by the Christian Family Organizations (CFO), the activity was held in the congregation’s place of worship and was also livestreamed to different remote sites. It taught the brethren the importance of properly delegating tasks to the right people to enhance teamwork.

The Church members in attendance were taught various methods on how to properly distribute and assign work to group members for a successful and timely completion of their project or mission.

“In order to achieve a task or goal, concerned individuals must have teamwork and trust among themselves,” said Lesly Anne Rallos, a District Multimedia officer who served as the resource speaker. She added that learning how to delegate is “useful not only in our daily tasks but more so, in fulfilling Church obligations.”

The Church Administration through the CFO launches activities such as this seminar to encourage the brethren to work in perfect unity in pressing onwards to further victories in all of the Church’s works. — With reports from INC News Section
