Several groups from different ethnicities, such as Pakistanis, Thais, and Indians, together with other Filipino guests, attended the evangelical mission that was held by the Ecclesiastical District of Thailand on October 2, 2023 at the Graph Hotel Huai Kwang in Bangkok, Thailand.

Among the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members who brought their guests to listen to the words of God upheld in the Church was Jane Beltran, a deaconess from the Local Congregation of Bangkok. According to her, she invited the families of the Pakistani and Thai nationals who work for her to attend the said gathering. “I thank God for the opportunity that was given to me to let others know about the Church Of Christ. I hope that the guests were able to understand what has been taught to them and eventually join the Church,” she said.

Rhoda Parinas, another deaconess from the same congregation, also participated in the said evangelistic activity despite her busy schedule at work. She expressed, “It is fulfilling to be one with the Church Administration in the works of propagation and other endeavors for we had the chance to be with our friends and loved ones who are not yet members of the Church and share with them our faith.”

During the preaching of the words of God, Brother Willen D. Regalado, district supervising minister, shared how biblical principles can be applied to solving life’s everyday challenges. Most importantly, he emphasized the teaching of Christ that joining the Church Of Christ is the only means to receive salvation.

“It’s my first time to attend in this evangelical mission,” declared Robinson Kioeg, a Thai national guest and teacher by profession, “but it was really wonderful because I saw a lot of people and they were very happy. The activity was organized, and during the study of God’s words, the lesson was really from the Bible.”

Brother Dionisio Yting, district Light of Salvation overseer, attested, “All the brethren and all the officers were excited the moment they heard about this activity. We are truly grateful to our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo Manalo for encouraging us to keep having this kind of endeavor, to reach out to those who are in need which is in accordance to the teachings of God.” — With reports from Marivic Jundak and Sandra Costales of INC News Section
