‘Himig ng Kaligtasan’ in Capas reaches finals, inspires brethren through music

KADIWA and Binhi participants from the areas of Bamban, Capas, Concepcion, La Paz, and Navy gathered to celebrate this year’s wondrous milestones of the Church and of their organization through rendering musical performances that featured INC original songs.

“I’m very thankful to be given this chance to present my musical talent. I’ve been edified in my faith,” said Nicole Rena from the Local Congregation of Navy, one of the participants in the competition. “We’ve also shown that we are steadfast in our divine election through participating in this activity,” added Gem Ergel Bantonore from the Local Congregation of Pag-Asa, another musical performer.

Among the competing musical groups from the areas in the district, Navy area emerged as champion.

“Everyone of us in our area are filled with great joy that we won, but apart from it, we are happier that we are able to express our unparalleled enthusiasm in all of the activities that the Church Administration launches,” shared Kristel Manual of Navy congregation and Navy area’s musical coach. — With reports from Alliah Lacson and Tristan Mendoza of INC News Section
