Once more, the concerted efforts of the brethren in sharing the words of God gave rise to a local congregation in the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan East, Philippines. From the Area 4 of the Local Congregation of Muzon sprang forth a new congregation bearing the same name, which is the Local Congregation of Muzon 2.

On September 30, 2023, the said newly established congregation held its inaugural worship service that was led by Brother Daniel Llagas Sr., district supervising minister. During that same occasion, they also praised God for having been gifted a new house of worship.

During the worship service, Brother Llagas emphasized the importance of upholding a righteous way of life to remain strong in the faith. The brethren can safeguard their faith, he added, by means of actively participating in all the activities launched by the Church Administration, especially in the intensified works of edification and propagation.

Rosa Cesar, a choir member, expressed, “I’m very happy for God finally answered our prayers to be organized as a local congregation. I am so excited to fulfill my duty in our new house of worship.”

“With the help and mercy of God, we’re able to overcome all hindrances. Though afflicted, we never stopped sharing the gospel to our fellowmen. As a result, many of them have become Church members too, thus increasing the number of brethren here in our local congregation,” shared Bernardo Pangilinan, head deacon.

“The establishment of our new local congregation is a blessing to us,” said Brother Eric Delos Santos, resident minister. Taking that as inspiration, he further added, that together with fellow Church officers, “we will continue leading the brethren in their active services to our Lord God. We will take good care of our house of worship.” — With reports from Jhoana Elain Getuya of INC News Section
