Brother Mateo Escobido, supervising minister of the Ecclesiastical District of Zambales North, Philippines, officiated at the sacred occasion. In his preaching he encouraged the brethren to uphold their worship and devotional prayers to God, as well as to take good care of the house of worship, where God promises to listen to their prayers.
“The house of worship is where the true servants honor and glorify God, which is why I promise to help in taking care of it,” shared Bella Abcede, a deaconess.
“This is a blessing from God. Each one of us here in Pangolingan is thankful to Him for we have been given a new chapel that is conducive as we conduct our worship services to God,” said Marcelo Fulgencio, head deacon.
The recently built 200-seater house of worship is equipped with Johannus Organ, CCTV system, and new sound system. Situated at Barangay Pangolingan, Palauig, Zambales, it is 10.7 kilometers away from the house of worship compound of the Local Congregation of Masinloc, where the district office is situated. — With reports from Chelsea Tan of INC News Section
