200 new members added in Valladolid, Negros Occidental District

More than 200 converts to the true Christian faith were formally added to the fold in the Ecclesiastical District of Valladolid, Negros Occidental after receiving holy baptism on June 30, 2023.

This number constituted the result of the brethren’s concerted efforts in responds to the Church Administration’s call for intensified work of spreading the words of God, which is one of their Christian duties, in recent months.

The assistant district supervising minister, Brother Mario Quiroz, officiated at the holy occasion held at the house of worship of the La Castellana Local Congregation.

Through the Bible, he reminded the would-be members of the spiritual grace reserved for those who receive the true baptism—the promised salvation on Judgment Day.

The Valladolid, Negros Occidental Ecclesiastical District, under the leadership of supervising minister, Brother Dennis Almasco, reportedly having been preparing many more candidates for baptism for the month of July, especially on the occasion of the Church’s 109th anniversary.

Meanwhile, the officers in every congregation in the district has continually led the brethren in zealously sharing their faith to others. “Our only goal is to help the Church Administration in the increasingly intensified work of spreading the words of God to give glory and praise to the Lord God,” said Brother Mark David Estanislao, resident ministerial worker of the Libertad Local Congregation. — With reports from Carmela Alquiza of INC News Section
