Now in its 109th year, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) continues to enjoy its God-given parade of victories, especially in the field of its propagation work.
Evangelical missions
Evangelical missions are regularly held in ecclesiastical districts and local congregations all over the world. As a result, thousands upon thousands of people have been able to listen to the biblical teachings the Church upholds. The number continues to increase as Church members intensify their efforts in the works of sharing the true faith, under the leadership of the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, who himself, officiated an evangelical mission at the largest venue—the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines—on August 5, 2023.
Sharing of Church’s reading materials
The Pasugo: God’s Message, two months away from its 85th anniversary since its inception, has also been instrumental in spreading the pure gospel. Pasugo magazines contain religious articles on frequently asked questions, Church doctrines, the Church’s stand in some controversial social and political issues, inspiring stories of Church members, among others. Likewise, brethren also use other reading materials published by the Iglesia Ni Cristo, such as religious pamphlets, social media platforms, television and radio programs of the Church, as means of reaching out to share their faith with their loved ones and friends who are not yet members of the Church.
Reaping the fruits of their labors
With the united efforts of brethren in propagating God’s words comes the fruit of their labors, that is, Church membership increases exponentially. Each month, ecclesiastical districts all over the world conducts at least one baptism of new converts into the true faith. The works of the Church has reached 166 countries and territories worldwide and its membership now consists of 152 nationalities. Worthy of note is the baptism administered by the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City on January 14, 2023, wherein a total of 1,965 were added into the Lord’s Flock.
Ever intensified
The Church’s propagation efforts, now under the helm of Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) Coordinator, will continue to be intensified by Iglesia Ni Cristo in order to fulfill what is good and pleasing in the sight of God, “who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (I Tim. 2:3–4 New King James Version).
