Babac Congregation emerges victorious in inter-local Himig Ng Kaligtasan

The choral group from the Local Congregation of Babac, one of the 14 local congregations together with three extensions in the Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte, Philippines, bested 15 other choral groups during the inter-local Himig Ng Kaligtasan (Songs of Salvation) held at the Samal Multi-purpose Gymnasium on October 2, 2023.

“We practiced often. Fortunately, such efforts weren’t for naught. We offer all the glory to our Almighty God,” said Reziel Gonzales, from Babac Congregation on behalf of the winning choir.

Organized by the district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers guided by Brother Macleo Ibasco, district supervising minister, the event showcased the choral groups presenting their respective renditions of INC original songs.
