Bangsar, Malaysia reminisces God’s goodness during 8th anniversary celebration

“The brethren here in our local congregation are thankful to the Lord God for always giving success to our endeavors. We always feel His love through the Church Administration,” stated Brother Bellen.

Brethren who showed exemplary performance of Church duties and those who were instrumental in leading more people to believe in the teachings of God and be baptized into the Church were given tokens of appreciation.

As this gathering reminded the brethren of how God has been so good to them, it also served as an avenue for the Christian families to bond. “A very good time to bond with brethren, reminiscing and celebrating the years that have passed. Busy as we maybe, but through God’s help, we are able to remain zealous members of the Church,” said Alvin Alipio, head deacon.

“It’s a break from our busy schedules. I brought my household here for us to bond. We will go home later but with memories of this special occasion and, above all, with fortified hope that the Lord God will stay with us for the years to come,” said Rowena Annang, one of the attendees.The Local Congregation of Bangsar was approved by the Church Administration to be established on October 5, 2015. — With reports from Kate Sebastian of the INC News Section
