Carcar City Congregation shares the Good News with guests

In the propagation activity held at the Sen. Pres. Marcelo B. Fernan Gym, Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines, Brother Romel Pañares, Light Of Salvation (LOS) district overseer, led the study of God’s teachings. He emphasized that people need to join the true Church introduces in the Bible to properly worship God and thus have the hope for salvation on Judgment Day.

As regards being able to bring many guests, Brother Ely Jay Antona, the resident ministerial worker, said, “Indeed, all the brethren here in our local congregation are so willing to share the Good News.” He shared that prior to the activity, “the brethren handed out copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine and invitation cards to their loved ones, friends, and other else in the neighborhood.”

“What motivates us to unite in this activity is God’s commandment of loving our fellowmen.” Erwin Lapinid, head deacon, said. “That is all the more proven whenever we invite them to listen to His teachings that we in the Church uphold, for doing so means leading them towards God’s promise of salvation on Judgment Day.”

“With God’s help and mercy, the evangelical mission turned out to be successful. The guests respond positively to the teachings they heard. Many among them decided to continue learning about God’s will,” reaffirmed Brother Antona. — With reports from INC News Section
