Convention in Cavite South fosters collaboration among professionals

A convention organized by the Cavite South District, in the Philippines, brought together brethren who are professionals in their own respective fields with the aim in view of pooling their talents and skills for Church projects and events, specifically in the district, that need their expertise.

“The primary purpose of this activity is to inspire the brethren who are professionals to use their God-given talents in their respective line of work for the Church,” said Brother Arvie Ramos, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) district overseer. “We firmly believe that all things come from God, so it is only right that we use what we have acquired in this world for His glory.”

The convention, which took place on June 26, 2022, at the Tagaytay branch of the Embrace Café, was organized under the auspices of the CFO office. Among those who attended the were brethren who are engineers, architects, teachers.

“This event gave us the opportunity not only to meet and greet one another but also to offer to help to each other with the skills we’ve acquired in our respective field of work,” said Keisam Bautista, an architect who is a member of Technical Support for Videostreaming (TSV) team from the Local Congregation of Amadeo. — With reports from INC News Section
