Eastern Ontario holds evangelical missions, special gathering as year concludes

Meanwhile, on December 17, 2023, married members across the district convened at the house of worship of Scarborough Congregation for a special gathering in commemoration of the 61st anniversary of the Buklod organization. Brother Ibañez officiated at the holy gathering.

Citing verses from the Bible, he reminded the couples of their responsibilities as both spouses and parents. He also emphasized the importance of having respect and support for one another, and that both husband and wife have the divine obligation to raise God-fearing children.

“Activities like these are held to provide comfort, guidance and inspiration to the Buklod members, as we continue to deal with and uphold our responsibilities in leading our families.
