An evangelical mission held by the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan, in the Philippines, on October 31, 2023, drew hundreds of guests. Brethren in the district once more proved their untiring obedience to God’s command of spreading His words by inviting guests to the evangelistic activity held at the Angat Gymnasium.

Brother Augusto Galapon, district supervising minister, preached during the occasion. From the words of God written in the Bible, he emphasized to the guests the importance of heeding God’s call for man’s salvation with a sense of urgency because Judgment Day is so near.

Alvin Torres, a newly baptized member from the Local Congregation of Angat invited his family to the evangelical mission because he “firmly believes in the teachings of God” he received in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). “I want them to listen and study God’s teachings upheld by the Church Of Christ,” he said.

After the evangelical mission, Alvin’s mother, Nerleen Torres, and younger sister, Joice Alleen Torres, decided to continue examining the teachings upheld in the Church. “I’m happy because many valuable lessons can be learned from the Bible,” Nerleen said. They were just two among the many guests who responded positively to the teachings they received.

On behalf of the district, district Light of Salvation overseer Brother Renante Oliver said, “We will continue uniting with the Church Administration and obeying without reservation all of God’s commandments, especially the intensive propagation of God’s words.” — With reports from Ailene Joy Giron of INC News Section
