Hongkong KADIWA inspired thru special gathering

“Once I heard that there was already a schedule for our special gathering to commemorate our organization’s golden anniversary, I felt very excited and saw it as a blessing from our Almighty God. We, KADIWA Officers eagerly prepared and planned for this special occasion to make it memorable for our KADIWA brethren in the district of Hong Kong,” expressed Jasmine Joyce Rivera, organist and KADIWA officer from the Local Congregation of New Territories.

Officiating at the gathering, Brother Noer Misa, district supervising minister, emphasized from the Holy Scriptures that the youth in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) must always uphold the Christian values they are taught, especially during worship services. He added that being among God’s chosen ones, the youth ought to be wise in choosing their companions for them not to be influenced into doing things that are against God’s will.

Concerning what she has learned from the lesson taught, Rivera added: “As a youth inside the Church, I am taught not to let myself be influenced by bad things in our surroundings.
