The Ecclesiastical District of Iloilo South convened on April 10, 2022 the members of the Christian Brotherhood International (CBI) from various local congregations.

The CBI Conference, spearheaded by the district officers of the organization, was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Iloilo City.

During the conference, the CBI members received updates on how to perform better in online classes, as well as in the modular style of learning. The CBI officers, on the other hand, were taught various ways on how to best implement activities for the benefit of the student-brethren under their care.

“As  officers in the CBI, we implement activities that are designed to benefit our fellow students. We strive to help them out in their school works and projects,” said Xhylla Bestuir, from the Local Congregation of Lambunao.

“We are thankful to the Church Administration for the projects they think of and launch for the members of CBI. Through the active participation of all the officers in the CBI, we are able to guide our fellow brethren in their studies and, most of all, in keeping their spiritual fervor strong,” said Mardz Denzel Atanacio, the district CBI president.

The CBI is the organization for Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members who are high school and college students including graduate students in various colleges and universities. Through various activities that it launches, the brethren are encouraged to excel in their studies without compromising their duties and responsibilities inside the Church. — With reports from INC News Section
