On January 22, 2022, the Ecclesiastical District of Italy South held a Buklod webinar.

The webinar was aimed at further strengthening the bond of married members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), long-time couples and newly-weds, alike, who were residing in cities southwards from such cities as Firenze and Pisa.

The Christian Family Organizations (CFO) Buklod district leadership, led by Brother Michael Pineda, the CFO district overseer, spearheaded the online seminar to which the brethren connected from their homes through videoconferencing.

Through video presentations, Buklod district officers shared with the attendees tips and advices on how to treat properly their respective partners, how to handle difficult situations, how to find time for each other, among others.

The couples were reminded to be appreciative even of simple acts of kindness and of the importance of keeping realistic expectations. On top of all these, the best advice given to the couples was making sure that God remains to be the center of their marriage.

After the video presentations, Brother Vizar Balcita, the assistant district supervising minister, taught the married brethren a Bible-based lesson that gave them further inspirations to fortify their relationship as husband and wife in the face of challenges they face and may still encounter.

“My wife and I have been married for 43 years now. We have already reached quite a milestone. I can say that this seminar was very informative and useful to every married member of the Church. This further improved our relationship,” said Marco Boni in Italian, a Buklod member from the Local Congregation of Rome, Italy. “I wanted to express my special thanks to the Church Administration for their love and concern for us to be sure of our salvation and eternal life on Judgment Day.” — With reports from INC News Section
