Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Magsaysay, Ecclesiastical District of Leyte West, in the Philippines, conducted consecutive propagational activities on October 31, 2023, thus further making known the words of God to their fellowmen.

Led by Brother Gabby Macato, resident ministerial worker, brethren assembled early in the morning at their house of worship to participate in a Pasugo Drive.

They handed out 600 copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine to four villages, namely, Baguinbin, Cruz, Magsaysay, and Parilla, which are approximately more than an hour away from their house of worship.

Right after the Pasugo distribution, they held a ‘Welcome, My Brethren’ activity. Select brethren showcased musical performances, which featured INC original music. The newly baptized brethren, together with candidates for baptism and doctrinal instructees, also enjoyed the wholesome games that followed.

The evangelical mission was the congregation’s third and last activity of the day. Brother Macato preached before a presence of almost a hundred guests the words of God emphasizing the importance of seeking the true religion before Judgment Day comes. Brother Macato proved from the Bible that the true religion is none other than the Church Of Christ.

Thanking the guests for attending the evangelical mission, Brother Macato, together with the brethren-volunteers, handed over to them care packages on their way out.

The couple Andres and Elmejane Dumaran, who were among the guests, expressed, “We are thankful to the brethren for inviting us here. What we understood from the lesson taught was the true religion attested to in the Bible is the Iglesia Ni Cristo. This is where people must join to ensure salvation on Judgment Day.”

“I will remain active in the Church, especially through sharing my faith so that more people will know the truth that will lead to salvation,” said Porperio Ermac, deacon and Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) officer. — With reports from INC News Section
