“At the onset of this new year, our district has already reaped a great victory. The Church Administration has approved that one of our extensions become a full-fledged local congregation,” shared Brother Dennis Cristobal, minister of the gospel.

He was referring to the Tabe Congregation’s former extension, now the Local Congregation of Malis, which held its inaugural worship service on January 25, 2023. Brother Librado V. Santos, district supervising minister of Bulacan West, officiated the special worship service.

During the worship service, newly appointed Church officers for the local congregation took oath.

Brother Menard Cacayuran, the resident ministerial worker of the newly inaugurated congregation, expressed, “The Church officers and members here in Malis extend our deepest gratitude to God for answering our prayers and also to the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for the establishment of our local congregation. We promise that we will continue to be united in all the works of the Church, especially in the work of propagation.”

As of this writing, the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan West consists of 25 local congregations. — With reports from INC News Section
