Spearheaded by Buklod district officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Albay, in the Philippines, married brethren from the Local Congregation of Malinao united their efforts in bringing guests for the evangelical mission held on May 5, 2023 at their house of worship.

As part of the brethren’s endeavor in inviting people to the said occasion, they distributed Pasugo: God’s Message magazines and pamphlets to people in their neighborhood even days prior to the evangelical mission.

Brother Eric Zaratan, district supervising minister, officiated at the evangelical mission. He taught the attendees the importance of joining the Church Of Christ to receive salvation on the Day of Judgment.

“We will remain united with the Church Administration in the many endeavors of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), especially in the intensive work of propagation. We aim to succeed for the greater glory and praise of our Lord God,” said Ruelo Soriano, Buklod district president.

“The teachings here in the Church Of Christ are really different from what I already knew,” said James Conde, a guest. “I’ve learned a lot, all came from the Bible. I learned that Christ redeemed the Church Of Christ with His blood, and so its members are the rightful ones to receive salvation,” he replied.

With their united efforts to keep spreading the gospel of salvation to people, the brethren in Malinao, Albay “promise to always unite with the Executive Minister” and to “remain instrumental in leading people to salvation,” said Brother Lean Espinosa, resident minister. — With reports from Kimberly Almin of INC News Section
