The Ecclesiastical District of Saskatchewan, Canada, held a “Buklod Night” in the Heritage Commons, an events venue at Hepburn, Saskatchewan, on November 26, 2023.

Led by ministers, ministerial workers, and their respective wives, this activity was attended by married couples from various local congregations in the district. Some talented brethren dedicated to them musical performances while they were served a sumptuous dinner. A video presentation featuring throwback photos of the couples in attendance brought the smiles to them.

“We support each other not only in our day-to-day living but also in fulfilling our Church duties,” said Eric Creo, a Children’s Worship Service teacher from the Local Congregation of Saskatoon. He attended the event with his wife Ira-Joy, with whom he has been married for six years now.

The parlor games also included in the program further paved the way for the attendees to reminisce significant moments as a couple, thereby further fortifying their marital relationship. Prizes were given to the winners. — With reports from Reggie Gomas of the INC News Section
