Right off welcoming the new year, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in the Local Congregation of Matina, Ecclesiastical District of Davao City, Philippines, already pushed forward to sharing their faith. Led by the officers, they invited guests to an evangelical mission at their house of worship on January 2, 2024.

Brother Edgar Ona, minister of the gospel, preached a Bible-based lesson detailing the reason behind the Church Of Christ members’ ardent desire to share God’s words to their loved ones and friends, that is, for them to also receive salvation on Judgment Day.

More than a hundred guests attended the propagational activity. “I wanted to learn more about the Iglesia Ni Cristo, through which salvation can be attained as the Bible proves,” said Flora Saavedra, who was among the 40 guests who declared to become doctrinal instructees.

“We will do our best to have our guests continue listening to the words of God and thus know more about our faith,” said Brother Michael La Cerna, ministerial worker, on behalf of the congregation. — With reports from Mayby-Lynn Tarroja and Neljene Cejas of INC News Section
