Membership of Zamboanga del Sur District increases further

One of the three ecclesiastical districts in the Zamboanga Peninsula situated in Mindanao, Philippines, Church membership in the Zamboanga del Sur District increased further as new members were added through the baptism held on May 7, 2022.
From various local congregations in the district, the prospective members, together with the brethren instrumental to their conversion, arrived early at the house of worship of the Pagadian City Local Congregation to receive God’s words preached by Brother Leo Magtulis, assistant district supervising minister.
In the Bible-based lesson prepared for that sacred occasion, Brother Magtulis reiterated to the attendees the important qualities Church Of Christ members should uphold to remain among God’s true servants until the end and thus, be worthy of receiving salvation.
Having received the great blessings that came with her baptism, Leonora Cusmod, a former Catholic, expressed, “I’m very happy that I am now a Church Of Christ member. I will strive to obey God’s commandments.” — With reports from INC News Section
