More converts in Edmonton, Canada reach baptism

“It’s such a blessing to receive the holy baptism. I will continue to follow all the teachings of our Lord God.” Thus said Patricia Gonzales from the Local Congregation of Leduc, Alberta, which is under the supervision of the Ecclesiastical District of Edmonton, Canada, upon receiving baptism at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Eastwood on October 30, 2023.
The baptismal service was led by Brother Roland Gaviola, district supervising minister. In his preaching prior to the actual baptism, he emphasized that for a Church member to all the more be certain of receiving salvation, he or she is expected by God to uphold a holy way of life. That is proven through responsive obedience to all of the commandments of the Lord God.
After the preaching of God’s words, the candidates for baptism took their oath of membership and were baptized into the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). — With reports from Eric Perey of INC News Section
