Intent on sustaining its success, with the Lord’s help, in the work of propagation in previous months, the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa conducted simultaneous evangelical missions on the very first day of October.

Held as part of the commemoration of the district’s fifth anniversary of establishment, the evangelical missions transpired in a place of worship, that of the Quebec City Group Worship Service, and in five rented halls.

The district supervising minister, Brother Moriel D. Cadacio, led the evangelical mission held at the Olympia Reception Hall in Beaconsfield, while the assistant district supervising minister, Brother Eleazar S. Yarcia, at the Halifax Exhibition Centre in Halifax.

The rest of the officiating ministers and venues where each of them preached God’s words were as follows: Brother Melvin Ibañez, Light Of Salvation (LOS) district overseer, at the Aquatic Recreation Centre in Montreal; Brother Joselito Geron, district overseer for Church officers, at the Canterbury Recreation Complex in Ottawa; district auditor, Brother Rafael Minorca, at Quebec City place of worship; and Brother Joel Paningbatan, Moncton Congregation’s resident minister, at the Hilton Garden Inn Moncton Downtown.

In every venue, a video presentation about the global scope of the works of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) was shown to the guests.

In an interview, Brother Cadacio, expressed praises and thanks to the Almighty God “for the success of this activity.” He added, “We also recognize the brethren’s participation in the campaign of the Church Administration in intensifying the works of propagation. The members of the Church Of Christ in this part of the world will always be enthusiastic in sharing our faith and be united with our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo.” — With reports from Ramfel Serreno and Reiner Fillis Castor
