On May 27, 2022, prospective members from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Iloilo North received their baptism. The candidates for baptism gathered at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Sara for the holy occasion. Brother Abner Flores, district supervising minister, officiated the baptismal service.

“I felt at peace and truly happy because I’m now a member of the Church Of Christ,” expressed Regina, a newly-baptized member from the Local Congregation of Ardemil. “I’m convinced to pursue my membership because this is the Church where I can be saved.”

Bresilda Batallones, who is instrumental to Regina’s introduction to the Church, said, “I’m all the more inspired in uniting with the Church Administration to see more people join the true Church. Thanks be to God for this opportunity to be of help in the work of propagation.”

In an interview after the sacred occasion, Brother Flores, spoke of how the brethren in the district are active in sharing the faith that resulted to the success of the propagation works: “No matter what they are going through, the brethren willingly take part in spreading the words of God, as commanded by Him.” — With reports from INC News Section
