On January 3 to 7, 2022, the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City held a series of online evangelical missions, as part of the intensified work of propagation launched by the Church Administration.

Prior to the scheduled event, the brethren from the various local congregations in the district shared to their prospective guests the web links of the articles published on pasugo.com.ph, the official website of Pasugo: God’s Message magazine. This they did through their various social media accounts to give their nonmember friends and loved ones a glimpse of the biblical beliefs of the Church Of Christ. It was also the brethren’s way of inviting them to the online evangelical mission.

Nightly, on the said dates, the guests listened to the preaching of God’s words by ministers assigned in the district through videoconferencing. From the Holy Scriptures, the ministers highlighted the importance of obeying the words of God, one of which is to seek out and join the true Church in order to be saved.

One of the brethren who eagerly participated in the activity was Mercy Viral, a newly baptized member from San Francisco Congregation. She attests to the impact of such an activity as she herself, before becoming a member of the Church, was encouraged to know more about it through its official websites. “I believe that sharing the words of God is one of the great opportunities to help other people. That is why, through my social media accounts, I also share them the links where they can learn more of the teachings of God,” she said.

The said series of evangelical missions is only the first of many other propagational endeavors lined up this year by the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City. — With reports from INC News Section
