Sabang Congregation opens Parklane Extension

With the continued increase of the number of brethren living in Parklane Subdivision, in Brgy. Sabang, Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines, as well as in neighboring communities in Gen. Trias City, the Church Administration approved that they be organized as an extension.
Prior to this, the brethren in the area traveled four kilometers to attend worship services with the Local Congregation of Sabang where they are registered. Now, they have their own place of worship located within the said subdivision or residential area.
Brother Dominador Tapang Jr., the district supervising minister, officiated at the inaugural worship service of the Parklane Extension of the Sabang Local Congregation, Ecclesiastical District of Cavite South held on January 11, 2023.
In his Bible-based sermon, Brother Tapang reminded the brethren gathered that as God’s chosen people, members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) are expected by God to render worthy praises to Him. He went on to encourage them to always prioritize their worship services.
Also present during the inaugural worship service and who assisted the district minister were the members of the district leadership. In an interview, the assistant district supervising minister, Brother Reynaldo Flores, said, “We are glad and grateful to God that there’s a new place of worship in this area. The brethren here all the more have reasons to be devoted in their services to God. Through this, we can be closer to God and be sure of the promised salvation.” — With reports from INC News Section
